Upper blepharoplasty

Upper blepharoplasty (or plastic surgery of the upper eyelid) is an operation that gives the opportunity to look younger by several years. The upper eyelids are one of the main parts of the face that show age, because this is where the first signs of skin aging appear. The sagging of these tissues gives a person fatigue, adds extra years and at the same time negatively affects the quality of vision. That is why blepharoplasty of the upper eyelids has been so popular in Moscow for many years. During the operation, excess skin tissue and fat in the area of the upper eyelids will be removed. Indications for upper blepharoplasty:

Contraindications for upper blepharoplasty:
  • feeding or menstruation period;
  • myopathy;
  • high intracranial or arterial pressure;
  • infections of the cornea of the eyes;
  • intraocular pressure pathology;
  • poor blood clotting;
  • oncopathology;
  • pregnancy;
  • presence of acute or aggravated chronic diseases;
  • anemia;
  • diabetes;
  • rehabilitation period after ophthalmic surgery;
  • blepharitis;
  • "dry eye syndrome".
Rehabilitation period:

On the 7th day after the operation, sutures are removed, which on the 14th fix the skin of the strip.
